The All-in-one Oil injected Rotary screw compressor
Direct drive, not belts, no slip, less maintenance. Designed to operate 24/7. The clever all-in-one design reduces installation time and cost with the additional benefits of a small footprint and super quite operation installation can be made closer to the point of use.
Efficient, VSD (Variable speed) direct drive can offer up to 30% less energy consumption over a standard piston type compressors of the same output.
VSD will engage the drive in a soft start manner reducing wear during starting phase
VSD will rotate the compressor at the desired RPM to maintain continuous output depending on the demand. The ability to run at 50% to 100% duty cycle
Simple Control, Touch screen display allows the compressor to be setup how the customer wants to operate. Wifi enabled for remote monitoring and control. Reverse phase protection, Track maintenance on screen
Reduced maintenance, All units use all steel oil and air lines, no more rubber leaking hoses. Oil cooling of the air end, the oil & air is cooled via two core radiator temperature controlled through is own fan
Refrigerated air drier units are sized to the compressor to deliver clean, dry air. (additional optional filtration available)
