Press Brake attachment is removable if needing to use as a normal press. The knife edge and support bar can be removed as one from the ram and side shafts. The knife edge can also be removed from the support bar.
The base plate (bed plate) is removable, 4 machine screws hold this in place. With the bed plate removed the 2 vertical bed plates stay in place as they have there own bars holding them together. The bed also has provisions for 4 eye bolts to be screwed in. This is so a lifting chain (supplied) can be attached and wrapped over the top of the knife edge support to enable the powered ram to be used to lift the bed to different positions.
With the design of the press, when being used as a press brake, the material being bent needs to be located centrally under the single hydraulic ram. This will achieve bending Parallelism and prevent brake attachment deformation.
The Working table and pressbrake tooling is coated with an anti corrosion surface treatment that may scratch or mark.
